About the Role:
Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to support the Master Resilience Training Center for the Directorate of Prevention, Resilience, and Readiness (DPRR). As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Performance Center Managers (PCM) to accomplish all administrative, coordination, training, and logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver resilience training programs to individuals and groups within the organization, ensuring timely and effective delivery of training materials and resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date office filing and storage systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure seamless access to critical documents and information.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to maintain a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations, ensuring timely and accurate submission of high-quality materials.
- Develop and maintain a secure and organized filing system for important and confidential company documents, adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection protocols.
- Provide administrative support for operations team, including data entry, word processing, and spreadsheet management, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring prompt and efficient processing of all correspondence and packages.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and meetings, including making travel arrangements and accommodations, to ensure smooth and successful event execution.
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Requirements:
- Possess a thorough knowledge of the Army organizational structure, mission objectives, function, procedures, regulations, and policy pertaining to the Department of the Army.
- Shall speak, read, and comprehend English to the extent that they can read and understand printed regulations, written orders, operating procedures, training instructions and materials, and perform the duties assigned.
- Must have a professional appearance that is appropriate for their position and adhere to facility dress codes. Contractor employees shall conduct themselves in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
Qualifications:
- Associate degree OR a minimum of 10 years of prior military service with experience providing administrative support.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Ability to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) (Tier 1) background investigation.
- Must be a US citizen.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
