Warehouse Specialist

Spotix Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team in North Liberty. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for managing daily Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) requests, tracking and resolving issues related to the RMA process, and maintaining excellent relationships with customer service, product specialist team, and logistics departments.

• Manage daily RMA requests received via email or other communication channels
• Track and resolve issues related to the RMA process
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customer service, product specialist team, and logistics departments
• Define priorities and manage several subjects in parallel
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Unpack and properly store incoming materials or products
• Enter inbound customer product into computer system
• Maintain accurate inventory counts
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Stacking/unstacking pallets
• Physically moving/handling products
• Provide feedback on inventory levels
• Assistance with warehouse cleanliness and order
• General warehouse duties as they arise

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. on a consistent basis, up to 100 lbs. occasionally
• Stand or walk for long periods of time
• Operate a forklift
