Key Responsibilities
  • Assume a leadership role in providing professional support to nursing unit personnel.
  • Develop and implement standardized formats for assessing, educating, validating, and monitoring arrhythmia management and non-invasive cardiology testing.
  • Collaborate with nursing unit leadership to design and implement clinical standards of care/practice for monitored patients.
  • Support and promote the organizational commitment to customer service.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Associates Degree preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days.
  • One of the following certifications: Cardiographic Technician (CCT), Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT), or 2 years of related experience.
  • State of Michigan valid Paramedic license preferred.
