Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist at Major Health Partners, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing individualized physical therapy programs for patients of all ages. Your goal will be to maximize patient mobility and function within their physical limitations/disabilities through various physical therapy treatment interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy programs for patients of all ages.
  • Perform physical therapy treatments and operate equipment with competency.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy techniques and technologies to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy culminating in a minimum of a bachelor of science degree.
  • Valid physical therapy license in the state of Indiana.
  • CPR certification.
  • Outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
