Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Title I Premiums and Claims Support

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to provide support for Title I premiums and claims in our Financial Operations Center. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support for Title I premiums and claims
  • Process and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Reprint billing statements as needed
  • Request portfolio reports and provide to lenders as requested
  • Perform other ancillary support functions as needed

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience with computers and data entry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Work Environment: Our office is located in a professional setting, and the ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10am - 2pm (20 hours per week)
