Lefty's also provides breakfast during weekdays, creating a vibrant space for memorable dining experiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Crafting beverages that suit the occasion—whether it's refreshing mimosas for brunch, artisanal cocktails to complement our chef's tasting menu, or quick espresso drinks for guests on the go.
  • Fostering a welcoming, relaxed environment that encourages first-time visitors to return.
  • Mastering our service protocols, product offerings, menu details, and operational systems.
  • Collaborating with the team to maintain a well-organized and efficient bar and restaurant space, ensuring a pleasant experience for both guests and staff.
  • Restocking and preparing the bar as necessary to meet demand.
  • Providing constructive feedback to bar and restaurant management regarding customer experiences.
  • Working closely with hotel personnel to promote bar offerings and exclusive promotions to overnight guests.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong expertise in drink preparation, garnishing, and service.
  • Ability to maintain an organized, stocked, and clean bar area.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Capability to communicate clearly and provide accurate instructions.
  • Basic arithmetic skills.
  • Demonstrated experience as a bartender.
  • Relevant certification in bartending.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a high-quality full-service or fast-casual environment.
