Key Responsibilities:

As a Beverage Service Specialist, your primary duties will include:
  • Crafting a variety of beverages for guests, cocktail servers, and food servers while ensuring high-quality service.
  • Promoting and upselling food and beverage options.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of liquor types, drink recipes, and appropriate glassware.
  • Adhering to age verification protocols and handling intoxicated patrons responsibly.
  • Managing cash transactions accurately and following established cash handling procedures.

Physical Demands:

The role requires:
  • Constant standing and walking on various surfaces.
  • Frequent bending and stooping to serve drinks and stock supplies.
  • Regular lifting of items, with weights averaging 20 lbs and occasionally up to 160 lbs.

Work Environment:

Expect to work in:
  • Indoor and outdoor hotel areas, subject to varying weather conditions.
  • Environments with exposure to food items and cleaning chemicals.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess:
  • Experience in hotel operations or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Effective multitasking abilities and composure under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using various computer systems.
