We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Investment Team at Tricon Residential. As an Investment Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving our corporate growth, acquisition, and asset/portfolio management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and analysis to inform investment strategies and decisions.
- Develop and deliver presentations to align and build consensus among key stakeholders.
- Track market and economic trends to provide insights and recommendations.
- Screen, underwrite, and execute acquisitions of strategic portfolio and build-to-rent communities.
- Collaborate with institutional partners to conduct thorough due diligence and maintain strong relationships.
- Participate in strategic corporate expansion and portfolio growth initiatives.
- Assist in investment-level management of Tricon's single-family rental portfolio.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a top university in a related field (business, economics, etc.).
- 0-3 years of relevant work or internship experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or real estate investments/asset management.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
