About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Behavioral Innovations. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA and participate in ongoing professional development

Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines
  • Experience with center-based, early intervention, and effective collaboration
