Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Collision Repair Team Lead to oversee paint operations at Puget Collision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paint application and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily paint operations, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.
  • Supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Establish goals and objectives for the paint team, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Inspect quality of repairs and final paint quality, ensuring high standards are maintained.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in collision repair, with a focus on paint operations.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams.
  • I-CAR Gold Class and ASE certification is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
