Job Overview

As a Case Worker with TAG MedStaffing, you will play a key role in delivering support services to families in need. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community.

Responsibilities:
  • Family Support: Provide individual, family, and group counseling, as well as crisis intervention services to assigned families.
  • Crisis Management: Address case-related crises with professionalism and care, ensuring the well-being of families and individuals.
  • Assessments: Conduct thorough screenings, assessments, and develop action plans using evidence-based Solution-Based Casework (SBC) practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with government agencies, schools, treatment providers, and other service organizations to ensure comprehensive support for families.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed case records, reports, and documentation to track progress and inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Child welfare experience is required, with a strong understanding of the complexities of the field.
  • Skills: Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and counseling skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred, but not required.
