About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer to lead our Cloud Engineering team in designing and implementing innovative cloud solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting and deploying scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes and other cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement complex Kubernetes systems, including monitoring and optimization of container performance
  • Develop and automate infrastructure using Terraform and other DevOps tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver positive cloud deployment experiences
  • Mentor junior developers in design patterns, best practices, and software development strategy
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24x7 platform support
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience working in Enterprise IT with a Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 5-7 years' experience with development or infrastructure as code tools, including Terraform, Helm, Bicep, JSON, Python, JavaScript, or YAML
  • 5+ years' experience designing, maintaining, optimizing, and supporting Kubernetes and related services
  • 3+ years' experience working in public cloud environments (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure)
