About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Leiters Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth among our existing customer base.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer ordering trends to identify opportunities for expanding our portfolio sales.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales objectives.
  • Participate in outbound selling activities related to leads to determine new prospective customer interest.

Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience, preferably in a commercial pharmacy setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
