Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Contract and Purchasing Administrator to support our business operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contract life management, including reviewing estimates, preparing contracts, and data entry into software systems. Additionally, they will coordinate purchasing for all areas of our business, working to obtain the best pricing and maintaining inventory.

This role will report to the Accounting and Business Office Manager and will be responsible for:

  • Preparing sales contracts and negotiating terms with internal and external partners
  • Reviewing and updating existing contracts to ensure compliance and risk management
  • Ensuring that the company meets all deadlines and conditions described in contracts
  • Maintaining organized system records, including contract renewals and estimating templates
  • Establishing and maintaining vendor relationships and activities

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent writing skills, and the ability to work with varying seniority levels. They will also have experience with contract and purchasing software, as well as a clean felony record and a valid driver's license.

Benefits include a 401K matching plan, paid time off, and a compensation package of $39,520 - $52,000 annually, negotiable based on experience.
