Position Overview

As a Behavioral Technician, you will provide direct, high-quality ABA interventions under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who design individualized treatment plans. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to clients to enhance skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and reinforce behavioral strategies.
  • Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Assist in training parents and caregivers as directed by the BCBA.
  • Collect and document data on client progress to inform treatment decisions.
  • Maintain regular communication with parents, supervisors, and other stakeholders to optimize treatment plans.
  • Provide services in various settings, including home and school, as needed.
  • Be prepared to travel between client locations as required.

Qualifications
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is highly preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with children is preferred.
  • Experience in ABA is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in psychology or a related field is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
