Healthcare Training Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Education Specialist to join our team at UCHealth Parkview Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering educational programs for clinical staff, including new employee orientation, continuing education, and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
This position requires collaboration with managers and staff to assess the learning needs and competencies of clinical staff. The ideal candidate will design, deliver, and assess learning activities and curricula related to clinical competencies, departmental/organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and the use of clinical information technologies.
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within 3 years of hire, as well as 2 years of nursing experience, are essential qualifications for this role. Critical thinking skills, decisive judgement, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are also key attributes required for success in this position.
