Occupational Therapist Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist with our team, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Evaluating patients' functional status and developing personalized treatment plans.
  • Providing direct care and support to patients, including teaching new skills and retraining in once-familiar daily activities.
  • Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical records, adhering to all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
  • A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state where you will be working.
  • At least 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a home health setting.
