Position Overview:
A prominent global manufacturing organization is embarking on a significant transition to AWS. This role is highly visible and offers substantial opportunities for career advancement. You will play a key role in the expansion of their Cloud Services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, construct, and uphold the infrastructure and technology framework.
- Apply best practices for deployment, configuration management, monitoring, and ensuring the availability and performance of applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to automate CI/CD pipelines and enhance the development workflow.
- Diagnose and resolve infrastructure challenges, and participate in on-call rotations as required.
- Continuously assess new technologies and tools to boost efficiency and performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar capacity within a dynamic environment.
- Strong expertise with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.) and Kubernetes.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Practical experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Solid comprehension of networking concepts and protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
- Familiarity with serverless architecture (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
