Position Overview

Role Summary:
St. Patrick Center, a dedicated ministry of Catholic Charities, is seeking a Rural Counties Peer Support Specialist to enhance our Support Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) initiative.

The specialist will primarily operate from our designated location and will serve as a mentor to veteran families, engaging in extensive travel across various rural regions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Rural Counties team to monitor and support clients in achieving their housing objectives.
- Engage with case managers to facilitate service coordination and provider involvement.
- Document all activities and services related to client support.

Working Hours:
The standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between $36,000 and $46,000.
