Position Overview:
The Assistant Director of Clinical Services collaborates with the Director of Clinical Services to guide the hospice clinical team effectively.

This role encompasses the recruitment of qualified hospice staff, overseeing the delivery of hospice services, coordinating personnel evaluations, and establishing care standards in accordance with federal and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
Analyze and assess sales and service performance metrics.
Foster a diverse and talented team that consistently meets objectives and goals.
Exhibit dynamic leadership that inspires others to achieve excellence.

Demonstrate effective communication skills and build strong relationships with team members to facilitate problem-solving in a collaborative manner.


Qualifications:
Proven leadership abilities with exceptional organizational, strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of motivating and mentoring others.
Preferred 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing in the relevant state(s)
Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred
