About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead key consumer facing initiatives in the Originations space across Apply and Post Approval.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize initiatives through partnership with legal, compliance, CARE, and sales teams.
- Collaborate with Architecture, UX Design, Product Marketing, Security, Decisioning, and Analytics teams to develop solutions and go-to-market approaches.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing to ensure quality production releases.
- Partner with the Go To Market team to ensure organizational readiness, marketing plans, and customer communications are in place.
- Manage AB tests, pilots, and production issues to ensure proper resolution and handling.
- Work with design and research teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions to increase conversion and completion.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to change.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency or willingness to learn in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python).
