Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all aspects of project execution, including labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.
  • Maintain open communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
