Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes guests and facilitates their check-in process, providing room keys and guiding them to their accommodations.
  • Addresses guest inquiries in person or via telephone.
  • Meets guests' needs to ensure a pleasant stay, assisting with dining, entertainment, and transportation arrangements as required.
  • Handles guest issues and complaints effectively.
  • Performs clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, processing reservations, and managing paperwork.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent educational background (GED), or one to three months of relevant experience and/or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience is preferred.
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
