Position Details:

This is a Part-Time position focused on providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients look and feel their best.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $11.00 plus bonuses, complimentary tanning sessions, and product discounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming salon environment.
  • Meet sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Assist in the upkeep of tanning equipment and salon facilities.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced setting.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting and moving items as needed.
  • Willingness to perform cleaning tasks to maintain salon standards.
