Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Restock shelves, maintain visual merchandising displays, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements
  • Ability to read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
  • Eighth-grade level math competency to accurately handle cash and process transactions.
  • Sufficient visual acuity to check identification and operate electronic equipment.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
