The BIH program aims to empower pregnant and mothering Black women to make healthy choices for themselves and their children, while building a community that stands up against injustices towards African-American women and their birthing experiences. Our team is dedicated to reducing stress, building resilience, promoting healthy behaviors, and increasing social support.

About the Role

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and coaching Lincoln's BIH team to ensure program fidelity and quality service provision.
  • Providing clinical supervision for clinicians and direct service staff as assigned.
  • Ensuring adherence to clinical documentation protocols and providing crisis support when needed.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating exterior and internal utilization reviews related to chart compliance, quality, and appropriateness of clinical and case management services.
  • Developing and maintaining Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes for clinical and case management functions and services.
  • Assisting in designing and implementing training programs for staff.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • An LCSW or LMFT license in California with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Current licensure in good standing with BBS or BOP.
  • At least 4 total years of clinical experience.
Salary

$46.93 per hour, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, commuter benefits, retirement, and pension plans.
