  • Front Desk Operations
    • Manage the front desk team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
    • Ensure the front desk is staffed and operating efficiently, meeting company standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Support company programs and promotions to drive new sales leads and membership growth.
    • Lead and train staff on sales activities, including telephone inquiries, guest registrations, and membership enrollments.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Provide inspirational leadership, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
    • Recruit and hire high-caliber staff, ensuring a strong team dynamic.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fitness management or customer service role.
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
