  • Program personalized settings for each customer, tailoring the vehicle to their specific needs and preferences.
  • Assess customer knowledge and priorities to provide a personalized delivery experience that meets their expectations.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to vehicle technology and features.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
