About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Education Specialist to join our Cybersecurity & Digital Trust (CDT) team. In this vital role, you'll support the execution of education programs, collaborate with Threat Intelligence and Security Operations teams, and contribute to the development of visual content and campaigns to drive security awareness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement education programs to cultivate a culture of security awareness and champion critical cybersecurity behaviors throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and identify real threats, synthesizing data to determine top risks and inform future security awareness campaigns and content.
  • Create engaging visual content, including banners, wallpapers, images, and social media graphics, to support security awareness initiatives.
  • Support the internal phishing testing program by contributing to the development of themes, content, design, and management of campaign distribution, consolidation of results, and analysis of outcomes.
  • Provide content and contribute to the development of programs, training materials, and communication campaigns that drive critical security awareness knowledge and behaviors across all regions where the organization operates.
