The Crisis Management Supervisor - Youth Services will lead a team of professionals delivering community-oriented crisis intervention, case management, and therapeutic services to vulnerable children and families. This role involves providing case consultation, strengths-based coaching, and fostering professional development opportunities for staff. Additionally, the Supervisor will cultivate partnerships with local service providers, engage in outreach initiatives to increase service visibility, and may also deliver direct support to a limited caseload of clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 years of pertinent experience is essential.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation are required.
  • Experience in supporting families affected by trauma and possessing effective crisis intervention skills is advantageous.

Job Details:

  • Compensation: Starting at $54,000; offers will be based on experience.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus over 3 weeks of paid time off in the first year, including a holiday break. Additional benefits include 11 paid holidays, supplemental insurance options, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.
  • Work Environment: Hybrid model (combination of office and remote work).
  • Schedule: Full-time, salaried position with standard business hours and flexibility for evening appointments as needed. Participation in after-hours on-call crisis rotation is required.
  • Student Loan Forgiveness: Our organization is recognized for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
