Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the affordable housing industry
  • Advanced knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems, with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations
  • Preferred experience with HVAC and EPA protocols
  • Certification in property management or a related field is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and insurance may be required

Compensation: $29.00/hour
