- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including print and electronic communications, social media content, and website updates.
- Manage and maintain the organization's website, ensuring it is up-to-date and visually appealing.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to engage with the community and promote the organization's services.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement public relations strategies to secure media coverage and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and participate in community awareness and outreach events to promote the organization's services and build relationships with community partners.
- Develop and implement fundraising campaigns to support the organization's mission and services.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and communications metrics to inform future strategies and improve results.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Two years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience with WordPress and website management.
- Experience creating newsletters, advertisements, and campaigns using Constant Contact or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to interact positively with diverse individuals and groups.
- Experience designing and producing printed materials, electronic communications, presentations, and/or video production.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Experience with social media management and analytics.
- Knowledge of fundraising principles and practices.
