Capital Markets Analyst - Real Estate

Atlantic Capital Partners is seeking a highly skilled Capital Markets Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our capital markets team, you will be responsible for providing financial and analytical support in the valuation and marketing of properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial projections and valuation analyses related to the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets.
  • Collect and review due diligence materials for capital markets transactions, including producing lease abstracts and reviewing historical financials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on the creation of pitches, presentations, and offering memorandums.
  • Request and distribute property information and due diligence materials to facilitate efficient deal processes.
  • Track industry trends, transactional activity, and outside research perspectives relative to the real estate markets.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree with academic distinction.
  • Relevant professional experience through internships, part-time or full-time work, and/or extracurricular activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with Argus software is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use logic to interpret and explain complex instructions.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and passion for commercial real estate.

Working Conditions:

This position is office-based, with extended hours required during peak periods.
