Job Summary

Honor Community Health is seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant Leader to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient office functioning, and delivering evidence-based, patient-centered medical care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff supervision.
  • Ensure efficient office functioning, including maintaining accurate records, managing supplies, and coordinating with other departments.
  • Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered medical care, including conducting medical procedures, taking vital signs, and providing patient education.
  • Mentor and train other medical assistants to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and current Medical Assistant Certification (CMA) required.
  • 1+ years of clinical leadership experience.
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment.
  • Familiarity with OSHA, HIPAA, and healthcare regulatory standards and requirements.
