Job Title: Landscaping Crew Leader

At BrightView Landscapes, LLC- DE, we're seeking a skilled Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for leading a team of 2-5 team members in various service lines, including basic maintenance, landscape installation, and supportive services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members
  • Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met
  • Identify more efficient ways to perform work
  • Surfacing client concerns to the Production Manager and proactively assisting in achieving a resolution
  • Provide the Production Manager with feedback on crew members and assist in their development and training
  • Ensure all crew members perform their work safely and in accordance with company policies
  • Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles
Requirements:
  • Equivalent experience in a landscape-related field
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Chauffeur's Endorsement
  • MDOT Medical Card (preferred)
