Job Summary

Select Water Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our executives. This is a full-time position that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and other documents for review and presentation to executives and the Board of Directors.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to prepare documents for review and presentation.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting materials.
  • Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages for executives.
  • Accurately record, type, and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Greets visitors, determines their purpose, and provides access to executives as needed.
  • Reads and analyzes incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  • Performs general office duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining records management database systems.
  • Files and retrieves corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
  • Makes travel arrangements for executives.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong skill in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage changing priorities, and work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to maintain professional composure.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle according to Select's insurance guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Typing of 55 wpm (minimum).
Compensation and Benefits

Working Conditions

This position works inside a climate-controlled environment. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job. The position requires sitting at a desk for extended periods of time, high concentration in a busy area, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
