Clinical Operations Manager

The ABA Center Manager plays a crucial role in the effective management of daily operations within the center. This position involves supporting the ABA Clinical Director by ensuring smooth and efficient center functionality.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate daily administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
- Collect and analyze data to generate insightful reports as required.
- Assist in the planning and monitoring of departmental activities to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage front-desk operations, including reception duties.
- Facilitate the daily schedule for staff and clients, addressing any callouts as necessary.
- Prepare and review all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Organize meetings and events, ensuring all materials are prepared in advance.
- Supervise external contractors and service providers, including maintenance and cleaning services.
- Maintain organized administrative filing systems for easy access to documents.
- Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of office equipment.
- Assist in the processing of financial tasks, including the collection of checks and coordination with HR/Accounting.
- Manage inventory levels of office and program supplies, ensuring availability.
- Support budgeting efforts and monitor financial expenditures.
- Represent the organization at events and maintain a calendar of activities.
- Generate reports for the director and other management personnel.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with significant experience in a clinical office management role.
- Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating services in a clinical environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
- Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution and effective communication.
- Familiarity with rehabilitation services and programs.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to high performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Physical requirements include the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 35 pounds.
