Position Overview

The ABA Center Manager plays a crucial role in the effective management of daily operations within the center. This position involves supporting the ABA Clinical Director by ensuring smooth and efficient center functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate daily administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Collect and analyze data to generate insightful reports as required.
  • Assist in the planning and monitoring of departmental activities to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage front-desk operations, including reception duties.
  • Facilitate the daily schedule for staff and clients, addressing any callouts as necessary.
  • Prepare and review all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Organize meetings and events, ensuring all materials are prepared in advance.
  • Supervise external contractors and service providers, including maintenance and cleaning services.
  • Maintain organized administrative filing systems for easy access to documents.
  • Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Assist in the processing of financial tasks, including the collection of checks and coordination with HR/Accounting.
  • Manage inventory levels of office and program supplies, ensuring availability.
  • Support budgeting efforts and monitor financial expenditures.
  • Represent the organization at events and maintain a calendar of activities.
  • Generate reports for the director and other management personnel.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with significant experience in a clinical office management role.
  • Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating services in a clinical environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
  • Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution and effective communication.
  • Familiarity with rehabilitation services and programs.
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to high performance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 35 pounds.
