You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and IT professionals to optimize and automate the machine learning lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement Scalable ML Model Deployment Pipelines: Develop and implement efficient and reliable machine learning model deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools.
- Automate Deployment Process: Automate the deployment process using containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor and Troubleshoot Deployed Models: Monitor and troubleshoot deployed models in production environments to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Develop and Maintain Infrastructure: Develop and maintain infrastructure for data ingestion, processing, and storage, optimizing compute resources for cost and performance efficiency.
- Optimize Model Performance: Optimize the performance of large language models (LLMs) in production environments, implementing techniques for efficient inference and fine-tuning.
- Implement Monitoring and Logging Solutions: Implement monitoring and logging solutions for model performance and data quality.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an MLOps Engineer or in a similar role, with hands-on experience with ML model deployment and lifecycle management.
- Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java, experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, and experience with cloud platforms.
