Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments in accordance with company policy.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and negotiate payment arrangements.
  • Reconcile invoices to statements, investigate and resolve vendor inquiries in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial transactions, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Prior experience with accounting software and data entry.
