As the HVAC Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in our mission to provide unparalleled comfort to our clients. You will oversee a team of Maintenance and Service Technicians, guiding them to excel in their roles and ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and expert product recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Training and Development:
Deliver hands-on training to technicians, equipping them to assess HVAC needs and recommend suitable products and services.
Performance Tracking:
Maintain accurate sales reports, including KPIs and closing rates, while providing training to enhance team performance.
Customer Interaction:
Engage with customers to address inquiries and concerns, while inspecting HVAC systems to provide informed comfort solutions.
Product Expertise:
Stay informed about the latest HVAC technologies to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
Team Leadership:
Inspire and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and uphold high customer satisfaction standards.
Meetings and Training:
Actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and skills.
Business Growth:
Collaborate with other departments to identify growth opportunities and enhance the customer experience.
Benefits:

$60,000 - $200,000 annually
Schedule:
Monday to Friday with flexible work hours.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within the HVAC industry is required; 5 years preferred.
