  2. Reviews checks for proper endorsements and verifies essential details including dates and identification.
  3. Handles transactions related to term share deposits, retirement plan contributions, and wire requests.
  4. Counts and prepares currency, coins, and checks for deposit or shipment.
  5. Processes requests for checks and debit/credit cards on behalf of members.
  6. Manages account maintenance and assists members in modifying their services.
  7. Opens and closes accounts as per member requests.
  8. Ensures all transactions are recorded accurately in compliance with organizational policies.
  9. Balances cash and check transactions at the end of each day.
  10. Maintains appropriate cash levels and implements sound cash control procedures.
  11. Stays informed about the organization’s products and services to effectively promote them to members.
  12. Assists team members in resolving issues and addressing member complaints promptly.
  13. Exhibits composure and respect in challenging situations.
  14. Consistently demonstrates a positive and motivated demeanor.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

  • Proficient problem-solving skills to address member inquiries.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
