About the Role
As a Cardiac Catheterization Lab Nurse Coordinator, you will lead clinical efforts to ensure high-quality and efficient patient care within your unit.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient care within your unit.
- Educating patients and their families on medications and treatment plans.
- Maintaining and reviewing patient records, including test results.
- Administering medications as per physician directives.
- Providing leadership to the nursing team during your assigned shifts.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Florida Registered Nurse license or appropriate compact licensure.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
- Current certifications in BLS and ACLS are mandatory.
- Minimum of one year of RN experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, communication skills, and proficiency in PC usage are essential.
