We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Cardiac Cath Lab to join our team at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. As a leader in patient care, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise to ensure high-quality, efficient care for patients in our Cardiac Cath Lab unit.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and families on medication management and treatment instructions.
- Maintain and review patient records, including test results and examination findings.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Lead and support the nursing team during designated shifts, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- Current licensure as a Florida Registered Nurse, with compact licensure accepted if applicable.
- Nursing diploma or associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required for specific units.
- Other certifications may be required based on unit or department needs.
- Minimum one year of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in a cardiac cath lab or related field.
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
