We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between our sales team and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with sales and customer teams to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and escalate customer complaints and concerns to ensure prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with sales team to gather market insights and competitor information to inform sales strategies.
- Support the sales team in resolving order-related issues and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with customer service and accounting teams to resolve invoicing and credit-related issues.
- Provide administrative support for special price requests and ITQ/Tender Documents.
- Manage center store stock and maintenance, as well as demo logistics arrangements.
Requirements
- Minimum degree in any field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or order fulfillment.
