Position Overview

Grady Management Inc., a prominent player in the property management sector, is looking for a Community Operations Coordinator to contribute to the management of Heather Hills Apartments, a residential community.

Your role will encompass various aspects of daily operations, including:

  • Resident Engagement: Foster positive relationships with residents.
  • Financial Oversight: Implement strategies to minimize rent loss.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle essential paperwork and documentation.
  • Community Management: Oversee the general operations of the community.
  • Rent Collection: Ensure timely collection of rents.
  • Turnover Coordination: Manage the process of apartment turnovers.
  • Service Request Management: Coordinate and address service requests efficiently.

A minimum of three years of experience in property management is highly desirable.

Experience with annual recertification processes is advantageous.

Familiarity with Tax Credit, HUD, or Affordable housing is beneficial.

A solid understanding of fair housing laws and regulations is essential.

Knowledge of OneSite software is a plus.

Prior experience in accounting within property management is a significant advantage.

Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and accounting software, are required.

Some weekend availability will be necessary.
