- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- 1 Year of Mechanical Service, Customer Service, Food Service, or Hospitality Industry-Related Experience: Required.
- Availability to Provide Emergency Assistance: Must be available to provide emergency assistance to customers, which may occur at night, on weekends, and over holidays.
- Valid Driver's License: Required.
- Associates Degree or Other Advanced Training or Certifications: Preferred.
- Previous Mechanical Problem-Solving Experience: Preferred.
