ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or GED, with a preference for business-related coursework and at least one year of relevant experience.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: The Patient Access Representative role is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to all clients and stakeholders in a respectful and professional manner. We seek an individual with experience in administrative and clerical functions, who understands the importance of confidentiality, can manage multiple tasks effectively, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities include performing clerical and administrative tasks to support program and registration operations, which encompass communication, data entry, filing, bookkeeping, scheduling, insurance registration, and the coordination of daily services. Adherence to established documentation, policies, and procedures is essential. Prioritization of daily responsibilities based on deadlines and departmental policies is expected. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
