We are seeking a dedicated Neonatal Physician to join our team on a locum basis in Delaware. This opportunity is ideal for a physician looking to cover 1-2 full-time shifts per week, with a flexible schedule that includes Monday through Friday, 7a-7p.

As a Neonatal Physician at RecruitWell, you will have the chance to work in a Level II special care nursery, caring for patients aged 20 weeks and above. You will also stabilize under 20-week patients and transfer them as needed.

The successful candidate will be board certified or eligible and possess an active DE license or IMLC certification. We offer a competitive salary of approximately $250,000-$300,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
