About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Care Specialist to join our team in Dover, DE. As a Nursing Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality care to residents in post-acute facilities, working closely with medical staff and communicating effectively with residents and their families.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents, including measuring and monitoring vital signs, observing conditions, and reporting concerns to the broader nursing team
  • Serve meals to residents and assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting
  • Clean and sanitize surfaces, maintain a hygienic environment, and reposition residents as needed
  • Communicate effectively with medical staff, residents, and family members, providing compassionate care and support
Requirements
  • Current Delaware Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in a CNA or related role
  • Understanding of nursing care procedures and medical terminology
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
