  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilizing Front Loader, Crusher, Fork Lift, or Skid Steer to safely maneuver vehicles and materials throughout the yard, ensuring proper placement.
  • Conducting equipment maintenance through pre-operation checks, inspections, and necessary cleaning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in operating heavy machinery.
  • Experience in automotive repair or dismantling processes.
  • Familiarity with automotive components and engaging with retail customers.
  • Proficient in handling tools and machinery.
  • Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and stretch for extended durations in varying weather conditions.
  • Capacity to sit for 6-8 hours per day in intervals.
  • Manual dexterity and capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and motor skills necessary for equipment operation.
  • Visual and auditory abilities essential for safe operations.

Work Environment:

  • Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
  • Occasional exposure to minimal chemical hazards.
